Weekend aussie primetime

Weekend aussie primetime TV programs, when they have really nice shows, every channel has nice show at the same time! You have so many choices.

When they have lousy shows, all of them has lousy shows altogether!! WTH. You have no choice.

Showing on saturday TV, cats and dogs. The dogs were operating high tech computers. Cats were coughing up weapons as furballs. They were on a mission to destroy each other or something like that.whatever.

My pizza, garlic bread and tang yuan were more interesting than the show. Even chatting with 2 'aunties' were more interesting.UFOOOOO!

Hilarious clips

UFOOOO! Queen of gay fetish links, pinkxpider shot me with another link. But this was rather hilarious.

Better quality than the last link she sent me where it showed a collage of pictures featuring 2 young punks(from singapore i think) frolicking in a bathtub......

That....arrhghhh my eyes!!

Hard gay, some japanese guy dressed in a pair of hot pants, combine with exagerrating hip shaking and body actions. In this clip he goes around survey the japanese kids whether they are grateful to their dad on father's day.

Real funny stuff, go watch. Ratings at NC-16 hor.

say say say ~~ Over and out hoooo!

We have hope

I have nothing much to say about this. Just that it might have given guys like me and maybe him a glimmer of hope :P

All I have to do is maybe grow my hair and style it, go gym and maybe join some garang sports like dragon boat or maybe extreme MSN(chat with 10people at one go), talk with a slang eg. "I am in my final yearrr of my studies. I love singapurr."

Improve my grammar and speech. There!! I should be almost ready to take part too!

Emcee: So what would be your best feature?
Me: I would have to say my belly. Its soft and tender, nice to touch and good to eat. Grrr~ I'm a sexy beast.

Joy of cooking

So ST's been sick for the few days since back from farm stay. Dictator of the kitchen has asked me to take over the reign over her kingdom(except her oats) for a few dinner. And usually we would have home cooked chinese food.

Its been a long time since i cooked chinese food. Western Roast dinner don't really count. Just season the meat, throw it in the oven, carve it up, serve. Easy peasy ABC 123.

I find chinese style stir-fried meat and vege more complicated(thats for me lah). With a little limited space, one has to be organised. Cut this first, then that. Season the meat and cook the rice. I hate to forget something, like cutting up some vege or garlic. It makes me mess up the whole place.

But after that, its a good time to re-org. As you stand and cook the meat, see the meat being cooked, you take the time to think of what has happened, and what to do next.

Plan your timetable, when to do start this assignment, when to start that. (most of the time is thinking of "When is the next time you can go whack a ball, kick a ball, eat roast duck."). If not i would be sitting infront of the laptop, caught up in the fighting orcs or the undead.

So its good, make me think of more constructive stuff, sort out my ever messy schedule work and plans.

Now serve up the food. Usually this is the best part, where I get to enjoy my food. Well, unless it taste like crap. Enjoy!

Over and out!

Shinobi: Heart Under Blade

pinkxpider recently recommended a movie to me. Shinobi: Heart Under Blade.

A japanese movie, set in the the period of Shoguns and err...shinobi(or ninja). It encompasses romance between Gennosuke and Oboro, who are on 2 different sides of warring ninja clans, Manjidani and Tsubagakure.

Anyway the whole storyline's pretty interesting. Its about fight to the death for 5 warriors from each clan, with each warrior possessing different power. What most of shinobi warriors did not realise that they are being manipulated by the higher order.

Fight scenes, in my opinion are the highlights of the movie, which looks like it came out from animes like Samurai X.

Favourite quote from the movie, after Hyoma stabbed Tenzen from the back and left him for dead. Tenzen then rose up awhile later and stabbed Hyoma in the back.

Hyoma: Damn you!
Hyoma: You're immortal?
Tenzen: No. Not good at dying.

Good movie but bad timing lah, its distracting me from work.....

Back from farmstay

I m just back from the 3D2N farm stay. Sort of hit the ground running, as i have to get ready for a test on monday and also to start rushing to do the assignments.

Anyway some photos from the farmstay......

The farm is Underbank Stud, located in Bacchus Marsh, abt an hour's drive from Melbourne City. So we reached around 6pm. We checked in, unpacked and start preparing for the BBQ.

In a rush to leave for the farm, I forgot to bring out the liqour!! Thankfully Daph brought some booze that she bought from Tasmania. Good enough. Start cooking!!
BBQ

Chicken wings, sweet potatoe, beef and sausages. MMmmm......nice. They were doing the proper cooking, while I used my eye power to try cook the food faster.
Eye power

This farm has a swimming pool but we didnt go swim. Its so windy and abit cold. We did entertained ourselves on the trampoline.

Daph monkeying around on the trampoline.
Monkeying

They also have a games room where you could play table soccer, ping pong or pool. But we didnt use it either. Its located at quite a distance, plus whenever we wanna go, it rained. so we spend the nights watching aussie tv.

In the daytime, the owner also brought us on a hay ride around the farm.
All of us!!
Hay ride

She was describing abt foxes in the farm snatching off animals that were just born. I wanted to ask her if I could try shoot some but no I didnt.

This farm has some animals but mainly horses. They organise riding lessons too, which we took up too. Horse riding looks easy, but it can turn into quite a work out. Quite fun but when i almost got the hang of it, times up. So I still can't ride and and fight like a swordsman on a horse.
Horse riding

2nd day's dinner was made up of mainly leftover and roast chicken from Coles supermarket. We made it look like a feast.
Dinner

We left on friday morning. Then we explored the town nearby. We went apple picking, visited a veg market.
Big Pumpkin

Then we headed back to the city, where we stopped at St Kilda for makan, then Brighton beach, where i discovered i had 2 more arms.
Brighton Beach

Next stop was home, where Estee & Charm just KO-ed in the car.

Fun time's over. Now back to work!!

Off to farmstay

I just got a haircut, which looks cock. Kind of reminds me of hairstyle i had while serving my nation.

Will be off for a 3D2N field camp farm stay. Someone suggested farmstay. So off we go! Ride the goat, milk the sheep, shear the horse!! YEEHA!!

These past few days, nothing much going on lately. Neighbours whom I hang out with are out of town, so I am stuck with a spider and a pig.

So what does a spider, pig and monkey go when they are bored??

We play win lose or draw!! For3 nights:| so stress. Need to go research for movie titles.

ok dokie! shall be back to civilisation in about 3 days time!!

Over and out! Yeehaa!!!!

My friday so far

Howdy people!! Hows everyone? Good friday any good??

For me I am stuck at home, no programs. But thats alrite. I can entertain myself. (I am pretty good at that). But today, i had to help someone do some errands, trimming of some hedges which was blocking the walkway to the house.

With the Shearer of Death that i bought from bunnings, i proceeded to do what i need to do.

At first, I thought of maybe cutting out a heart-shaped hedge. That would be so cool. But man.....I never knew it was tough. it looked simple enough, just like cutting of someone's hair. But me arms got tired after snipping for awhile. Either its my technique, the shearer's no good, or i m just weak. (i suspect its the 3rd)

Shearing
I am a happy gardener.

No heart shapes. Only cut until the bushes dun obstract the walkway.

After cutting, a bath and a hearty lunch of omelettes and toast, with the sun shining at that moment, me and ST went to take a walk in the park nearby and boy....it was pretty crowded. Families having barbie(BBQ), kids kicking balls around. Weather then turned quite bad in like 5mins. Wind speed picked up, skies turned dark and rain drops start falling, we headed home.

Have a great weekend people. And go find out why we have such a holiday like Easter if you do not know (a short description here).

Over and out!

My group online discussion

Discussion, originally uploaded by Nerd with love handles.

I got bored of waiting for one of the member to arrive. Suddenly pigs and turtles came out.

The turtle was going to be put in the pot of boiling water. Fire wood was about to be added and start a fire, to roast the pig

Then the last group member came in. I had to stop the feast that was cooking.

Breaking down

No not me breaking down. Its just some of my stuff.

My camera gave up on me.....during the strawberry trip. All of the pics are from ST. Then some spider the pinkxpider says this is retribution for criticising her camera, so this is karma huh :P

Then my pair of running/walking/soccer/tennis shoe is wearing off. Bits of the rubber sole hanging or dropping around.

So you people should know what to get for my birthday, which is coming real real soon (december to be exact)

But the government's progress package has come in time, enabling me to maybe get a new pair of shoe and progress on.....(get it get it? No....alrite 'cold joke')

But somehow it feels like progress priced at a couple hundreds per pax.

PS: Yes pinkxpider i read your comments. Happy now:P

What do you say?

It's a cold day. Strong wind and showers. My forecastfox on my firefox shows 10 degrees celcius.

Feels so good to know that weekend for me is already here. Bad thing is mid term tests are coming soon. Assignments are coming in too.

Or rather tests and assignments are not really a bad thing. Gives me something proper to do.

Not studying.....then maybe thats a little no good.

When some friend ask you some thing like......
D: What is 100 divide by 4? (calculating some money)
K: 25
D: then times 4 leh??
K: .......

What do you say?

Cockamania tuesday

One of my worst case scenario happened on a tuesday, bloody tuesday.

I locked my keys in the car, in school:(

I long had a feeling of this would happen. And it did. I was right!

Grr....Ii feel so stupid at fulfilling my predictions. In the end, I got ST to bring down the spare keys

This will never happen again. (I hope)

Wierd dreams and a chilly sunday

These 2 nights, i have been having dreams. And i woke up tired because I do not seem to have slept, but more like really thinking hard in my dreams.

The dream I had two nights ago was abit morbid. I was looking at two guys eating at a dining table. Then one of the guy just hung a rope or a long clothe around his neck, like trying to hang himself. He then took his knife and made a deep cut across his body.

I was like "crazy guy. what is he doing!!" Then in the dream, i had thought of the way he was going to commit suicide. (Abit gross) I realised that he was gonna hang himself with a big drop after the cut, letting his guts spill out from the cut. Kind of like how then italian detective was murdered by Hannibal Lector and died from a scene from Hannibal.

The other dream was a constant running and getting away from my chasers, like a fugitive. It was also like some action movie, me jumping through glass windows and down two storeys, hiding under covers and making my escape after my pursuers have left. It made me tired, as in the dream I was constantly running and thinking of how to get away or where to hide.

And no, i have not been watching movies or shows of that sort for quite a while already.

But at least today, due to daylight savings i got an extra hour to sleep in. Weather's turning colder. A very chilly sunday morning, which made me real reluctant to get out of my blanket.

as i am typing here, I amd having an online group meeting to discuss weightage of our investments for this upcoming week. One of them making some non-constructive comments like ???. yes. very good. Will go up!!.....*yawn*

I think i shall go do some proper work after the meeting

Over and out!!

Mornington peninsula trip

So with a last minute decision to go on a trip to the strawberry farm and touring of the mornington peninsula late last night, I woke up early on a saturday morning. Made a little breakfast, before managing to leave half an hour after scheduled time. All beacuase someone went back to sleep......

We set off! So Fun! and we forgot the road directory!

Its ok! the weather's bad. We decided to call off the trip. Lets just have some breakfast and head home.

But then weather turn out to be really nice after our breakfast. So we made our way towards the strawberry farm, whether with road directory or not.

In the end, it took a phone call, and 2 x asking for directions, before we reached sunny ridge, the strawberry farm.
strawberry farm

We put on plastic bags over our bags to protect shoes from mud. (was raining night before and few hours ago). Then we started our plucking of the strawberries.

Busy eating
We pluck and pluck. But we ate more strawberries than we had pluck.....even when we are not allowed to:P After finishing our plucking (and eating in the field) we paid any excess of strawberries and bought some strawberry liquer, moved on to our next stop, which was sort of no proper stop.

(at this point, we obtained a vague map of the place.)

We went in search of an apple farm, and an egg farm!! We found one, yeah, and with chickens too! but a very....very very small farm, with free range eggs for sale. But no eggs, we much prefer eggs from coles. We just went in ask the old madam about her farm and saw the chickens for like 5 minutes only before we were leaving. I felt bad so i went to casually ask her whether are there any horse riding tours near by, to sort of lengthen our stay there.

Damn it. Estee knew i was just asking for fun. Ok and the chickens........
Chicken farm

After that we just went on and on. Stumbled into a winery, and we asked a lady if there was any tours ard the area. She said no. But then she recommeded a place for us to visit. Oh boy it was nice!! Not crowded. Just 2 surfers, 2-3 small groups of people. and the place was really beautiful. The ocean blue with the sunray reflecting beautifully, waves beating on the rocks.

Its like a hidden gem. Because it was the first time any of us in our group had ever visited or heard of this place. Its called Cape Schanck. definitely worth the time spent driving around. Below are some pics of the place.

All pictures of the trip can be found here

It was a great trip with unplanned moves but resulted in fun moments.

Dinner followed at Hungry jack's, or the equivalent of the Burger King. End of saturday(almost. I am sitting and watching two adam sandler shows)

Over and out!!
