i m bloated.

a chicken pie, porridge, half packet of biscuits, brownie, custard puff, a piece of cake, then dinner, then triple choc & a mocha. all in a days work.

whatever happen to a healthy lifestyle.

gotta go sweat it out during the weekend.

its been awhile since i went for a good run. so today, determined to go for a run after work, i packed my stuff and threw it into the back of my car, with the plans to go ECP for a run.

I think i would have just lazed at home if i were to go on home before running.

legs feel kind of soft and trying hard to catch my breathe. felt like walking when i was on the return trip back to the carpark.

Then The Glass Prison by Dream Theater played on my ipod. the drumbeats hypnotic, and my legs carried on, moving and pounding the pavement to the beat.

hopefully able to make time for such runs next week....




and this.....the glass prison. great drummer and guitarist they have. try to igonore their outfit, looks and the lead singer.
