a run, same route as before. a little over 5km, a little below 30min. after the run, tried to do 3 sets of 6 pullups. could manage 2.5 set. close one eye....make do with it lah.
i see my bulge at my waist growing man. need to do something about it. so its gonna be a sort of active week. monday just had a badminton session with colleagues. then maybe a swimming session tomorrow.
then last sat was one of the rare rare moments of ktv-ing in singapore. went for the k-lunch offer with SH and my sis. food & drinks included in the offer, must say its quite a good offer.
the food was pretty good, probably because i expect something that is anyhowly cooked. and the period of time was sort of just right, not too long or short. when i am bored, maybe can consider going again.
