friday@st james
friday was not a good day for work man! talking cock was going on half the time:P teammates in a TGIF mood as well. This certainly tells alot about the team and erm...common objectives
start of the day, plan after work was to go down to Paulaner's down at millenia with the team for some dark german beer. being a quite last minute plan, like most of other such plans, it never reached into the execution phase.
so i dropped by hark music with SH & friends for some songs by some aspiring artistes, where some of them were pretty good. especially the lady(forgot her name) who covered the last 2 songs of the night. i was kind of blown away by her voice and expression.
ending pretty early for night at around 10, but next up was st james. it was more of a exploratory trip still as i went walking around the place for some look see. There was this bellini room(or something like that) which i quite like, probably due to the live jazz band playing.
this time round, i managed to get into dragonfly, which was the main pull for st james. though i went in around 1am, it was packed until that if i lifted up my hands in the air, the shorters one(i not that tall) around me would probably be inhaling deeply from my armpit.
the live band that played was pretty good. we squeezed and squeezed unto the dance floor and ended right in front of the stage, giving a a rather good view of the dancing going on up on stage:P
as you can see, i am a happy kid lah. take pics sure got 2 ladies one.
night ended with a supper at geylang, where i reached home kind of tired....but it was a pretty good friday nite:)
