Weight Loss

Ever since I came over, I lost about 2kg off my weight!! Form 75 to 73 woohoo! Have been trying so hard to cut my weight (ok maybe not trying hard enough)

And this is just thru a change of diet. I did not do much exercise. ST says my diet in Singapore is crap. All the unhealthy stuff and oily and too much meat.

I thought i had followed the food chain well. The greens grow. Cow/chicken/watever-we-eat consumes greens. We consume Cow/chicken/watever-we-eat. Since Cow/chicken/watever-we-eat already consume green, so we no need eat more greens. Apparently my food chain is not the correct food chain to be applied in this case.

ST then gave me a re-education of how food chain works and what i should eat more. Hence I have been eating more greens, less junk food, less oil, less salt, less sugar. This diet is absolutely doing good to me!

Hopefully back in Singapore can maintain. Which I know is near impossible. With the frequent eating out, hainanese chicken rice with the chicken skin, char kway teow with 'hum'. Who can resist?

(ok i know what exactly is the food chain. Trying to play a fool above only)
