tried a new route yesterday. roughly about 5km run around the perimeter of the school. it seems a little tougher then the usual route.
went back home, prepared my dinner. a dinner that will make my efforts to run go down the drain. i had leftover pizza(only 2 slices though and 2 pieces of chicken wing)
