running 006/dinner
just got the cravings for red meat. so grilled steak, baked potatoe, caramalized onions for dinner. took me quite a while to prepare the dinner. good food! but eating alone:(

the texture of the meat doesnt feel like those of restaurants. but still acceptable. try another different seasoning next time. getting sick of black pepper and herbs.
making the caramalized onions almost choked me. after frying the onions for awhile, i poured in the balsamic vinegar. the fumes......wooaah, damn strong. in the end came out looking abit different from estee's version. but still taste alrite.

legs are abit tired from the previous night out at the club. but managed to shake that feeling off and get into momentum after awhile.
