my steak
a quiet friday evening which i chose to. got the cravings to make some beef. so yeah beef steak it is. this time round, this steak attempt turned out better than the previous.
seasoned the steak with garlic and red wine and cooked it till medium rare. made mashed pototatoes too. then the gravy to go with. gravy made by beef stock, worcestershire sauce, red wine and the left over juices from the cooked beef.
taste was not too bad, abit on the saltish side due to the gravy, but of course more room for improvement. some wine, dinner and watched King arthur and his knights kick some ass and cut some heads.
