prawn and garlic pasta

dinner was good. tasty, quick to prepare.
opened a bottle of white wine to cook. of cos i took a few sips as well. this yellowtail chardonnay is not too bad. brought it for around 9 bucks. good enough to drink.

alittle more expensive than the ones i would buy for cooking, which are rather dry. just wanna try if there is any difference in cooking with different wine. i think i could taste some difference.
cook some fettuccine in a pot of boiling water with some salt added.
then using some olive oil on a pan. sear the peeled prawns. pour some wine. when the prawn is almost done, throw in minced garlic, as much as you like. i like a generous serving of garlic, more flavour. add more wine!!!
when both are ready, throw the fetteccine with the prawns and stir through and serve. sedap~
