have not been running as often as i liked. last week busy leh. besides being busy, abit sick as well, so i guess it would be better to give myself some rest.
so today resume run. 5km in around 26min. abit slow and i felt heavy.
past week of unhealthy fast food, snacks and sitting around seem to have some effect on me. so getting my ass up and running feels alittle tough on my lungs.
why does it seem to take a much shorter time to put on weight and increase my diameter, while it seem to take like 10 times to do the otherwise.
