usually i would be running lazily and with each stride i take, i land on the heel of my foot. today tried running and landing on the balls of my foot.
i felt faster. or is it just some imagination.
gawdy gawd, i just ate 3 donuts at one shot after dinner. this is bad. on the other hand, the donuts are finished.
so no more temptations
