no time to nua
weekend came and went rather quickly. didn't have much time to nua this weekend. a filled though rare weekend for me. where i hardly had time to hand my legs up, enjoy the sun breeze booze.
Friday
i met up with some uni mates on friday, which was good and wasn't as bad as the last one, as the last one consisted of all couples which kind of sucks when all they do is stick to one and other,
friday was also the day HC came back from his overseas attachment. me and my mates got there late. he was half drunk already. 1hour after i came, he got threw into the taxi with half butt crack showing and was on the way home :>
last thing that night i heard about him was that he ended up sprawled on the kitchen floor at home. what a homecoming......
Saturday
saturday was spend blading for a just while until bad fortune to red bean took place as he took a bad tumble, ending up with quite abit of road rash. this is what u get for staring at girls :P
dinner time i had JJ cooking for the lot of us at ed's place. nice cream pasta. i want more. played some mahjong where the bet were mandarin oranges. in the end, we cleared abt 10+ 20 oranges from ed's fridge.
Sunday
sunday after church was supposed to be swimming or tennis. but the sky poured. opted to go watch hannibal rising. i kind of like how the story goes. although hannibal's killing wasn't as detailed as the earlier ones in the show. it was done in a way that he was kind of in a rush. i prefer cool calculated killings.
more on things related with Hannibal.... Singaporean's perception of the name Hannibal seem to be limited to the fictional cannibalistic character of Hannibal Lector, rather than the renowned Hannibal, a fine and ranked as one of the great tactician of all time, and commander in chief of the Carthage armies (although he still met defeat at the hands of the roman empire in the end)
when i propose Hannibal as a name for a boy, it seem to meet with lots of objection. hehe. Hannibal Kwok? Hannibal Lim?
if i have a son, would i name him Hannibal?
