meaty dinner today. although i eat alone, sometimes i treat myself real nice. eat alone also make until nice nice. dunnoe why. maybe seriously bored.
anyway a porterhouse steak, seasoned with salt & pepper alone. roast some potatoes, and tried something new. creamed spinach.
made some bechamel sauce(butter, flour and cream. season salt pepper to taste). blanched the baby spinach. then cook with the sauce. nice rich sauce together with spinach that is not overcooked.
complete the dinner by opening a bottle of beer.
