Golfing on Sunday
Fine weather on Sunday. Sunny, not warm not cold. Just nice. Good day for golf! So Alvin und me visited the Spring Park Public Golf Course. Tee-ed off around 2pm. The damage to my pocket-$18 for each of us. I had to pay $11 more bucks to rent their clubs....Must get own clubs.
A fine day for golf, but not really fine day of golf. Overall both of us hit about 106 and 110!! KNS!! And its not a par 72 course. Couple of double par(example: a hole with par 4 means, u should get the ball within 4 strokes. Double par means u take double of the strokes required), few lost balls, lousy short game contributed to such a lousy score for both of us.
After finishing our games and as we were leaving, I went to the Pro Shop to get a drink for both of us. Wanted to pay by EFTPOS( NETS-like transaction) but need minumum $10. (Drinks $6 only). so bought some balls to make it more than $10. According to Alvin, I chose some balls which was quite expensive. However at 6 for $10, its quite a bargain. And off we went.
I reached home to realise I left my mobile phone in the rented golf bag. Damn! Phoned the pro shop who rented the clubs, and able to get them to find it. And to pick it up on Monday.
I always lose my phone when i am doing something related to golf. The last time i lost my T630, I was at the driving range. Now i lost my K700(ok almost lost).
Now is it golf, or is it sony erricsson??
